At Revel Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
